Born in Sweden to her parents, Theodore and Anna Wester, she graduated from Central High School in Akron, Ohio.
Preceded in death by parents; husband, Wallace Hopkins; brother, Harold 'Lefty' Wester and sister, Eileen Lewellyn; she is survived by brother, Alan Wester; sister, Vera Harold Talley; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. SATURDAY at the Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, with Rev. Dr. Walter S. Chisholm officiating. Private burial at Hillside Memorial Park. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on SATURDAY at the funeral home.
