Andrew Mcnulty

Andrew W. McNulty, 81, passed away on July 7, 2014 at Summa Akron City Hospital after an injury.

Born in St. Louis, Missouri, he earned a B.A. from Culver-Stockton College in Canton, Missouri. Andrew was an executive with Mobil Oil Company. In 1972 he came to the Akron area to join General Tire and Rubber Company as an executive retiring in 1997. He was a member of Fairlawn Lutheran Church.

A devoted husband, father, and grandfather, he was preceded in death by wife, Jean; and is survived by sons, Timothy (Christine) and Andrew, Jr. (Patricia); daughter, Julia (Craig) Spitzfaden of Cincinnati; grandchildren, Ryan, Shannon, Andrew, Megan, Sydney and Shelby; and sister, Nancy Wittrock. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him.

Services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, July 12, 2014 at Fairlawn Lutheran Church with Rev. James A. Gau officiating. Interment at Rose Hill Burial Park. Friends may call at the Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, 85 N. Miller Rd., 4-8 p.m. Friday and 1 hour before at the church. Should friends desire, memorials may be made to Fairlawn Lutheran Church, 3415 W.
