Arthur W. McRowe, 77, died December 30, 2014.
Born in San Francisco, CA, he had resided in Bath since 1969. A U.S. Navy veteran, he was a Ph.D. Chemist, graduating from the University of Wisconsin and having worked for B.F. Goodrich, Dover Chemical and Hygenic Corporation. Art was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Citizens for Bath Seniors, had volunteered for Faith in Action and liked computers and woodworking.
He is survived by his wife of over 49 years, Patricia; children, Douglas (Karen) McRowe, Karen (Don) Archer, Kenneth (Jessica) McRowe; grandchildren, Ryan and Adam McRowe, Mason and Abby Archer, Eleanor and Lydia McRowe; cousins, Kim Gent and Barbara Hurtig.
A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. TUESDAY, January 20th, at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 50 N. Prospect St., with Rev. David Nevergall officiating. Friends may call at the church one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church or Faith in Action-Interfaith Caregivers, 50 N.
