B. Maxine Streams Summerville Smith

Maxine, born March 16, 1930 was welcomed HOME on Saturday, September 28, 2013 by her parents J. Max and Bessie V. Streams; brothers, Robert and Richard Streams; and first husband, Theodore James Summerville.

Maxine was a 44 year member of Yusef Khan Daughters of Mokanna where she served as M.C.O. in 1994. She worked as head cashier for Kroger's in Pittsburgh, several local department stores, was a Sunday School teacher, and she retired from Financial Exchange. She enjoyed traveling, sewing, needlepoint, reading, games, playing the piano, and a good Sunday drive! Most of all she was a good friend to many. She will be missed.

Maxine is survived by husband of 50 years, Glenn E. Smith; children, Linda Mitzel, Larry Summerville, Sandra Woy, Valerie Barta, Deborah (Dan) McCoy, Jean (Bob) Bordick, Bryan (Ann) Smith, Shaire (Randy) Sixt, Douglas (Mary-Beth) Smith; 24 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren; brother, Don (Judy) Streams; sisters, Grace (John Nelson) and Ella Mae (Mark Stephenson).

The family thanks her caregiver, Marsha Barkman.

Services will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday at Billow FALLS Chapel 1907 23rd Street, Cuyahoga Falls with Rev. David "Josh" Arrington officiating. Interment at Oakwood Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Thursday 6-9 p.m. and one hour before Friday's service. Daughters of Mokanna Service will be held Thursday at 7 p.m. (Billow FALLS Chapel)
