Barbara M. Caraway nee Nichols, 76, of Phoenix, Ariz., formerly of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, passed away suddenly January 10, 2009.
She is survived by husband, Edwin E. of Phoenix, Ariz.; daughter and son-in-law, Leigh Ann and William Combs; grandson, William J. Bowles, Jr. of Akron. She was preceded in death by grandson, Edwin E. Bowles; brother, David; and parents, Leigh and Hazel Nichols.
Per her wishes there will be no calling hours. Cremation has taken place. Memorials may be made to The Humane Society of Greater Akron.
