Barbara Louise Davidson Strange
Barbara Louise Davidson, wife of Warren Bo Davidson passed away on March 13, 2009 after a short illness.
Born in Phoenix, Ariz. on December 15, 1931, she was raised by her parents Lois Bond and Jack Strange in the warm, sunny weather that she never ceased to love. The family moved to the Akron area after World War II where she spent most of her adult life. Barbara graduated from East High School and worked for most of her career at Clarke-Hayn Motors. Her life centered around her two daughters, Kim Clarke and Kandi Zollman and in 1977 she met and married Bo Davidson who was the best thing that ever happened to her.
Those who are missing Barbara are her devoted husband, Bo Davidson of Cuyahoga Falls; her daughters Kim Clarke of Boca Raton, Fla., Kandace and Franke Zollman of Smithsburg, Md., Jody and Joey Zalis of Gilbert, Ariz., Heather Sheppard of Port Richey, Fla. and Beth Davidson of Key Largo, Fla. She is also survived by her beloved grandchildren, Allison and Nathan Zollman, Maurissa Boggess, Wil Zalis and great-grandchildren Nichlous, Damien, Tiffany and Isabella Boggess.
Services will be held 1 p.m. Sunday at the Billow FALLS Chapel, 1907 23rd St., with Rev. Jan Yakush officiating. Interment at Northawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at the funeral home Sunday 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 525 N. Broad St., Canfield, OH 44406 Billow FALLS Chapel.
