Betsy Jane (Lloyd) Brock, 48, of Bath, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, February 22, 2017.
She was born in Akron on January 4, 1969, to William "Biff" and Jeanie Lloyd. Betsy graduated from Revere High School and received a bachelor's degree in broadcast marketing from the University of Cincinnati. She married her high school love, Jeff Brock, on September 8, 1990. Betsy worked as a Senior Account Executive for Great Lakes Publishing / Ohio Magazine.
Betsy was a beloved member of the Revere community and could frequently be found inside a gymnasium. She was the heart and soul of Revere Women's Basketball. Through her dedication, passion, and commitment, she instilled life lessons and friendships that will continue to extend far beyond the boundaries of the court. Betsy also enjoyed fishing, boating, vacations in the sun, and spending time with family and friends.
Betsy is survived by husband, Jeff; daughters, Abby and Emily; mother, Jeanie Lloyd; sisters, Linda (Joe) Brown, Vickie (Hiram) Coffey, Debbie (Eric) Miller; father-in-law, Stewart Brock; sister-in-law, Heather (Mark) Binnie; brother-in-law, Steve (Debbie) Brock; nephews and nieces, Kyle Brown, Zack and Jessica Coffey, Maggie and Annie Miller, and Ricky Brock. Betsy was preceded in death by her father, William "Biff" Lloyd, and her mother-in-law, Pamela Brock.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Victor's Parish (3435 Everett
Road, Richfield, Ohio 44286) on Saturday, March 4, 2017 at 10:30 AM. A reception will follow immediately after in the church hall.
