Carol Marie Fulton, 81, passed away December 10, 2020. She was born to Stanley H. Martin and Agnes L. Martin.
Mom moved to Bath Township in her high school years. It was at Revere High School that she met our dad, Richard A. Fulton.
Together, Mom and Dad owned and operated Dairy Queens for many years. Their first, of many, was Copley Road. For 50 years, she enjoyed the company and friendship of her employees and fellow D.Q. Owners. I often called her the “Queen” of dairy and she called herself “DQ Carol.”
She joins her husband, Dick, who passed away June 15th, 2010. She dearly missed our dad. Also, preceding her in death are brothers, Gene Martin, Stanley Martin (Phyllis), Marianne Herman (Bernie), and niece, Debbie Weidrick, and sister-in-law, Betty Boyles.
Carol is survived by her children, Jeff (Linda) Fulton, Michelle Anderson, and Greg Fulton. Her grandchildren meant the world to her. Shawn and Shanna Fulton, Emily and Carolyn Anderson, and Kate and Emma Fulton.
Also surviving are sisters-in-law, Pat Fitch, Nancy Fay, and Maryanne Krejci, and many nieces and nephews.
A very special thank you to George Raeder. George was the bright light to mom in her last years. I can never thank him enough for his friendship, support, and attention he gave to her. Many, many thanks, George!!
Mom was a resident of Heritage Crossings in Bath. Our family sincerely thanks them for the wonderful care of our mom.
