Caroline Myers, 90, passed away peacefully November 26, 2011. Born in Akron, she lived here all of her life and worked for Pfleuger's.
Caroline and her husband, Don, were members of Sons of Herman, Goodyear Boating Club and the Antique Club, where they traveled everywhere with their Model A winning several awards. Dancing was her main passion in life. Once a month her family got together for breakfast. Also, she looked forward to going out every weekend to shop and eat with her sister, Roaslie and niece, Cindy.
Preceded in death by her husband, Don E. Myers; sisters, Francis, Mary, Eva, Evelyn, Vera; brother, Victor; she is survived by her son, Jack Janetta Cascioli; daughter, Nancy Wolf; grandson, Dorian Wolf; brothers, Al Catherine, George; sister, Roaslie; many nieces and nephews; best friend, Norma Jean; loving companions, Heidi and Maximus.
Friends may call 4 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, at the Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, 85 N. Miller Rd., Akron. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, at Holy Cross Cemetery. If desired, memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice .
