Carolyn M. Shriber, 69, died Aug. 18, 2013.
A life resident of Akron, she loved her family, gardening and her dog, Ween.
Preceded in death by husband, George and parents, Fred and Olga Ellis; she is survived by daughters, Leesa Shriber and Amy (Sean) Murphy; grandchildren, Emma Shriber, Tristan, Michael, Colin and Kaitlyn Murphy; and brother, James Ellis.
Services will be held 11 a.m. Friday in the chapel of St. Paul's Episcopal Church (corner of W. Market St. and Kenilworth Dr.) with Rev. Mark J. Pruitt officiating. Interment at Moore's Chapel Cemetery. Friends may call 5-8 p.m. Thursday at the Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, 85 N. Miller Rd. Should friends desire, memorials may be made to the Arthritis Foundation, 4630 Richmond Rd., #240, Cleveland, OH 44128.
