Charles Lee Mick

The dance floor will never be the same - Charles Lee Mick passed away on Sunday, April 6, 2025, leaving behind a rhythm that can never be replaced.

He was born August 7, 1946, in Akron, to the late Charles W. and Arlie L. (nee Mullins) Mick. Chuck dedicated over 50 years to his career at Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company.

Preceded in death by his parents, and his brother, James Mick.

Chuck is survived by the loves of his life, his devoted wife, Joy Mick (nee DeVaul) of over 40 years; cherished son, Brandon Mick; treasured daughter, Alexi (Charlie) Mick Houle; beloved sister, Jaqueline Mick; dear nephew, Anthony Dattoma, who looked up to him; three loving nephews; and a host of friends who will miss him greatly.

Memorial service will take place SATURDAY, April 12, 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, 85 N. Miller Rd. Fairlawn, OH 44333. Friends may call from 2:00 PM until the time of the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Chuck’s name may be made to a favorite charity of your choice.
