Charlotte Shuff

Charlotte Shuff, 99, died January 10, 2019.

Born October 27, 1919 in Franklin, Ohio to Frank and Daisy Hadley Schwytzer, she was a graduate of Middletown High School and Heidelberg College with a Bachelor of Arts in Education. She had been a very active member of Faith Lutheran Church, a valued secretary in the accounting department at the University of Akron, past president of Witan, and enjoyed camping, sewing, and spending time with family playing whatever game was at hand.

Preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. Shuff; she is survived by her sons, John (Crin), Timothy (Elise) and Philip (Ellie) Shuff; grandchildren, Bo (Sean) Shuff, Kelsey (David) Lang, Krista Schumacher, Ruth (Jason) Crum, Madeleine Shuff, Christopher and Stephanie Shuff; great-grandchildren, Dawson and Danity Crum, MacAllister and Finn Lang.

A memorial service will be held 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 17, 2019 at Faith Lutheran Church with Rev. Jean Hansen officiating. Private inurnment at Rose Hill Burial Park. Family and friends will be received one hour prior to and immediately following the service at the church. Memorials may be made to Faith Lutheran Church, 2726 W.
