Cheryl M. Welch, 82, died December 6, 2018.
Born in Akron June 27, 1936 to James M. and Forest Blair Taylor, she was a graduate of Cuyahoga Falls High School. An active member of the First United Methodist Church of Cuyahoga Falls, Cheryl had retired as a secretary from the Summit County Juvenile Courts.
Preceded in death by her parents; brother, James M. Taylor, Jr.; in-laws, Hansford and Alice Welch and step-son, Shawn Welch; she is survived by her husband, Hansford "Ed" Welch; sister, Barbara Norton; a niece, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Services will be held 3 p.m. SUNDAY, December 16th at the First United Methodist Church of Cuyahoga Falls, Rev. Jonathan Priebe officiating. Private interment at Chestnut Hill Memorial Park. Friends may call from 1:30 to 3 p.m. SUNDAY at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Capital Campaign at First United Methodist Church of Cuyahoga Falls, 245 Portage Trial, Cuyahoga Falls 44221.
