Clarence Simmons, 91, a beloved father and grandfather, passed away on April 11, 2015.
He retired from Ohio Bell Telephone Company in 1983 after 35 years of service.
He leaves to mourn his death, sons, Jerry (Julie) Simmons, Ricky (Debbie) Simmons of Akron,Ohio, Richard (Lilia) Player of Round Rock, Texas; daughters, Trinka (Jimmy) Taylor, Gina Chatman, and his daughter Stacey who preceded him in death, all of Akron, Ohio; grandchildren and great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral service will be held at 10:00 WEDNESDAY at the Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, 85 N. Miller Rd., with Rev. Jimmy Taylor officiating. Interment at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 9 to 10 a.m. WEDNESDAY. (Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel)
