Claudena G. Miller, 90, died March 31, 2012.
Born in Somerset, Ky., she lived in Akron until moving to Clearwater, Fla. in 2007.
She was a former member of the First Presbyterian Church of Akron and was a volunteer at Children's Hospital, Children's Home, Hospice, Discovery Shop, Weathervane Theater, and the Ohio Golf Classic.
Preceded in death by husband, Kenneth and son, Kurt; she is survived by son, Kerry M. Miller of Park City, Utah; sister, Margaret Folden of Belleair, Fla.; nieces, Betsy, Joy and Margaret; nephews, Gerald, Gene (Susan) and Gary (Julie). Claudena was a friend to everyone she met.
Inurnment at Crown Hill Cemetery. Should friends desire, memorials may be made to Kids, Inc. of Utah (Kids IOU), P.O. Box 2964, Salt Lake City, Utah 84110-2964.
