Dan A Liddle

Dan A. Liddle, 87, died August 19, 2015.

Born in Akron October 22, 1927 to Clyde L. and Mattie Cox Liddle, he was a longtime Bath Township resident. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and member of American Legion Post 473 and Amvets Post 176. Dan enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening. He retired as a supervisor from the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in 1986.

Preceded in death by his brothers, Clyde B. and Walter F. Liddle; he is survived by his wife, Katherine G. Liddle; children, Barbara J. Couch (Thomas) of Richfield, Dan W. Liddle (Renada) of Akron and David A. Liddle (Michael Fournier) of Cranston, RI; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Services will be held 11 a.m. MONDAY at the Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, 85 N. Miller Rd., with Rev. David Loar officiating. Interment with military honors at Ira Cemetery.
