Daun passed away suddenly on Saturday, January 23, 2016.
Born August 25, 1938 in Akron, Ohio where she spent her entire life. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She loved the outdoors, art, reading, her soap operas and Christmas. Daun showed her giving nature with her thoughtful gifts, Hallmark cards and special meals.
Daun was married to Thomas C. Gates for 57 years. Daughter of Hubert and Violet Wilson; Sister to Richard Wilson; Mother to Marc Gates, Scott Gates and Jodi Gates and grandmother to Erin, Riley, Jordan, Connor and Claire. We have all been blessed with wonderful memories.
