David L. Van Dusen O.D., passed away Thursday, July 10, 2014.
Born October 10, 1931 in Akron, he was the son of Frank and Julia (Marquette) Van Dusen. He was a graduate of South High School. He was an Optometrist at various Akron area locations.
He enjoyed antique cars and air planes. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
Survivors include his wife of 37 years, Mary Josephine (Sutrious); step-children: Linda (Jeff) Fulton and Thomas (Paula) Goyette; step-grandchildren: Shawn, Shanna, and Jason as well as other relatives and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held at the Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, 85 N. Miller Rd. on Wednesday, July 16, 2014 at 6:00PM where friends will be received one hour prior to the service.
