David Samuel Woloch
David Samuel Woloch, 75, passed peacefully to eternal life surrounded by his family on June 15, 2009.

A beloved husband, father, brother and uncle, David was affectionately known as "Ditta" to his fifteen grandchildren. David will be remembered by all who knew and loved him for his integrity, generosity, and quick wit. He immensely enjoyed his family, friends, the beach, good music and his loyal dogs, Pax and Shanti.

David was an accomplished businessman, respected by those who knew him in life. He pursued a wide range of interests which brought him lifelong pleasure. Early in his career, he was a residential builder and contractor. Following in his father's footsteps, David was drawn to the natural beauty of the Cuyahoga Valley with the winding river and blue herons. It was there he established his business, building Parkwood Plaza and the neighboring car wash.

He was preceded in death by his father, Abraham; his mother, Romayne; his brother, John; and his nephew, Johnny. He is survived by his adoring wife, Jeanne, of forty eight years; his son, David Beth; his daughters, Linda Eric, Carol David, Mary Steve; sisters, Marily Shanabrook and Dolores Zahn.

David's family would like to extend their endless gratitude to Dr. Erwin Maseelall, Kim Chandler, and the Summa Hospice Nurses for their loving comfort, care and support.
