Born in Zelienople, PA. to James and Marie Cunningham, he was a World War II Navy veteran, retired from Loral and was an Evangelist with the Community of Christ Church. An avid fisherman and painter, he loved sports and his family and friends.
Preceded in death by sister, Geraldine Williams and grandchildren, Andrew and Sheri Higgins; he is survived by wife, Dona; children, Georgia (Rusty) Higgins, Denna (Jeffrey) Patterson and Daniel (Christine) Cunningham; grandchildren, David (Gina), Benjamin, and Erin Rose Higgins; great grandchildren, Melanie, Breanna, Jessika and Aneisa; and great great grandson, Adrian.
A private family service will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Community of Christ Church or the Alzheimer's Association. (Billow FALLS Chapel)
