Dolores E. Tartaglia, 78, passed away unexpectedly November 18, 2008.
Born in Akron, she lived most of her life in Cuyahoga Falls. A member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, her life revolved around her family and friends.
Preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Vera Marcella and husband, Frank Tartaglia; brother-in-laws, Frank Salem and Henry Schmidt; she is survived by her son, Matthew Cinde Tartaglia; daughter, Roseann Steve Lane; grandchildren, Alexis, Olivia, Nicholas and Joshua; sisters, Mary Salem, Norma Ron Ober, Anita Schmidt; nieces, nephews and numerous friends and relatives.
She was a strong loving woman who was extremely proud of her family. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister and friend and she always put others needs before hers.
Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. WEDNESDAY at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Burial at Chestnut Hill Memorial Park. Friends may call at the Billow FALLS Chapel, 1907 23rd St., TUESDAY 5 to 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
