Donald Porter, 73, went to be with the Lord Dec. 31, 2009.
A U.S. Army veteran, he retired from the Chrysler Corp.
He is survived by wife, Beverly; children, Bryan, Lorisa, Leanne, Colette Carson Malone, Brandon Rachel, Adrian, and Destin Megan; stepchildren, Harry, Jr., Audra Mark and Megan; nine grandchildren; brother, Robert Porter; and sister, Doris Herb Weissman.
Services will be held 11 a.m. Monday at the Billow FALLS Chapel, 1907 23rd St., with Rev. Dan Page officiating. Interment at Chestnut Hill Memorial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday. Billow FALLS Chapel
