Donna Posten Klever, 89, went home to be with the Lord on January 26, surrounded by her loved ones.
Our beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother was born November 3, 1926, in West Virginia, and was an area resident most of her life. She graduated from Central High and retired from the Beacon Journal. She was an accomplished writer with several published short stories.
Donna was a faithful servant, always busy with the Lord's work, having attended Calvary Baptist Church most of her life, and later First Baptist Church of Akron. Her passion was mission work and supporting the missionaries she personally knew throughout the years. She was faithful in writing notes of encouragement to so many people throughout the years. Her biggest concern toward the end of her life was to ensure all her family had been saved.

Survivors are sisters, Dolores Rose and Sandy Sivert; children, Chris Van Horn (Keith), Leslie Klever, John Klever (Karen); grandchildren, Jim Absalom (Denise), April Kalain (Frank), Amy White (Dale), Emily Putinski (Kyle), Abby , Gracie , Jacob , and Katie Klever; as well as eleven great grandchildren.
