Dorothy A. Davis, 83, passed away June 6, 2009.
Born in Akron, Dorothy was a lifetime resident of Richfield. She worked for the Revere Board of Education as a cashier.
Preceded in death by her son, Richard D. Davis, Jr.; brothers, John and Robert Mitchell; survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Richard "Buzzy" Davis; sons, Daniel Morgan Davis, James Edward Susan Davis; sisters, Marilyn Melvin Pay, Mary Lou Mitchell; and many other loving relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, June 12th at the Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, 85 N. Miller Rd. with Rev. Alfred Davis officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Richfield Fire and Rescue, 4450 W. Streetsboro Rd., Richfield, OH 44286.
