Dorothy Hughes, 81, of Opelika, Ala. formerly of Copley, Ohio passed away June 27, 2012.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert Hughes; and grandson, Michael Whitney. She is survived by her daughter, Katherine (Thomas) Whitney; son, Robert (Tina) Hughes; four grandsons; 11 great-grandchildren; brothers, Richard (Ann) Boltz, Larry (Gladys) Boltz, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Monday, June 30, 2012 from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Jeffcoat Trant Funeral Home with a service to follow at 5 p.m. A second visitation will be at Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, 85 N. Miller Rd., Akron on Wednesday, August 1, 2012 from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. with a graveside service to follow at Rose Hill Burial Park Fairlawn, Ohio.
