Eleanore Hill nee Augustine, age 92, passed away at home October 26, 2011.
She was the beloved wife of the late William J. Hill; dear mother of Jeffrey Irma and John Mary; loving grandmother of Maria Hoke Martin, Adam Hill, Brian Hill, Kevin Hill, Joseph Bounce Renee and Michael Bounce Teresa; great-grandmother of six; cherished sister of June Little, Alberta Schmidt Kenneth and the late James Augustine.
Eleanore graduated from Cuyahoga Falls High School class of 1937. She was an active member of Grace Lutheran Church of Akron, Ohio her entire life and was a Sears retiree. In later years, she was active in volunteer work with the Salvation Army.
Visiting hours will be at the Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, 85 North Miller Rd., Akron, Ohio on Friday, October 28th from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral service will be at Grace Lutheran Church, 989 North Portage Path, at 11 a.m. Saturday, October 29th, Reverend Peter E. Mills officiating. Interment at Rose Hill Burial Park.
