Ethelda V. Snyder, 95, passed away December 12, 2008.
She was born in Louisville, Kentucky to William and Florence Husser and was a resident of the Akron area for over 60 years. Mrs. Snyder was a member of First Grace United Church of Christ and volunteered in various charitable and civic activities.
Preceded in death by her husband, Robert Warren Snyder; and son, Robert William Snyder; she is survived by son, Ronald E. and fiancée, Karen; and niece, Melanie Kent.
Services will be held 10 a.m. TUESDAY at the Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, 85 N. Miller Rd., Akron 44333. Entombment at Rose Hill Burial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home MONDAY 4 to 6 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Hope Homes Inc., 2300 Call Rd., Stow, Ohio 44224
