Eula Jane Bousfield

Eula Jane Bousfield , 82, of Warren, Ohio, passed away on May 18, 2022, after recently residing at Greenfield Estates, a Memory Care Community.

Eula was born in Portland, Maine on November 4, 1939. She graduated from the University of Maine in 1961 with a BA in English, Phi Beta Kappa. Eula was married to James Bousfield on February 4, 1961. The couple made Warren, Ohio their home and were members of Christ Episcopal Church. Eula taught English and French at Champion High School from 1961-1966. Eula was a member of several organizations that served the community. She was a member of and Past President of the American Association of University Women, member of the YWCA Board, member of the Warren Chamber Orchestra Board, member of the Warren Olympic Club, member of the Warren Library Association and member of the Professional Engineers Auxiliary. Eula served as a substitute organist in several churches.

Eula is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth Bousfield, her husband, Jon Droscha, and their daughters, Lillian Droscha and Julia Droscha, and her son, William Bousfield, his wife, Carolyn Bousfield, and their son, Richard Bousfield. Eula was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Bousfield.

A family graveside service will be held in Woolwich, Maine at the Laurel Grove Cemetery in early August.
