Evalyn I. Lauby, 103, passed away peacefully March 4, 2013 surrounded by her family.
Born in Akron, she lived here all of her life. Evalyn retired from Sanders Home as a Real Estate Agent after 25 years of service and was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church of Norton.
Preceded in death by her husband, Ralph; granddaughter, Cindy; and son-in-law, Fred H. Nitzsche; she is survived by daughters, Janet R. Nitzsche, Arlene R. (Dana) Austin; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and sister, Donna (Dan) Walma.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Hospice of VNS and Grace Cathedral for all their care and support.
Per Evalyn's wishes, services were private. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Grace Cathedral in Cuyahoga Falls.
