Gregory A. Martin, 97, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather was called home to glorify our Lord and Savior the evening of October 5, 2015.
Born and raised in Kentucky, his life was characterized by God's love through his generosity to all. He was part of the greatest generation and served our country in the Pacific Theater during World War II. He was loved by everyone and affectionately known as "Papa." He leaves behind family who eternally love him and praise God for their time with him.
Preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Natalie; he is survived by his daughter, Connie (Hugh); son, Gregory W. (Farris); granddaughters, Rebecca (Glen), Andrea (Anthony), Brittany (Andrew), Mikayla; great-grandson, Declan; sisters, Glenda (Clyde) Thornsberry and Eileen (Charles) Knight.
Services will be held in Lexington, Kentucky. (Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel)
