Helen Philen, 80, of Cuyahoga Falls, passed away on July 17, 2008 surrounded by her family.
Helen retired after 30 years of owning and operating the family business of State 8 Rollerdrome skating rink in Cuyahoga Falls.
Helen is survived by her beloved husband of 62 years, Clifford; her devoted daughters, Penny Tony Durastanti, Karen Gerry Smith; son, Cliff Lisa Philen; grandchildren, Tim Smith Shannon, Laura Matt Good, Danielle, Kristen, and Alexis Philen; brothers, Donald Evonne Falconbery, Robert Kathy Falconbery, John Falconbery; sister, Maxine Fieldman; nieces, nephews and many friends.
Family will receive friends to gather together in remembrance from 2 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, July 20th at Billow Falls Chapel, located 1907 23rd St., Cuy. Falls 44223 with Rev. Robert Linsz officiating. Funeral Services will be held 10 a.m., Monday at the Billow's Falls Chapel. Entombment at Northlawn Memorial Gardens. Billow, FAIRLAWN Chapel, 330-867-4141.
