Holly Jane Serge, 43, died Dec. 18, 2008.
A life resident of Akron, she was a graduate of Heidelberg College and retired from Summa Health System where she was a Senior Accountant. Holly's favorite pastimes and hobbies include shopping, the beach and ocean, and she loved to attend local music and cultural events.
Preceded in death by parents, Emmett and Edith Botkin; uncle, Addis Finney; and several uncles, aunt, and cousin; she is survived by husband, Michael; daughters, Marielle Grace and Ava Kathryn; aunts, Grace Finney, Helen Petersen, and Marie Koehler; many dear cousins, James Koehler, Joyce Merle Mollenkopf, Mary Mansour, Jane Miles, Steven Barbara Petersen, Anne Petersen, Michael Gail Hood and many dear second cousins and their families.
A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Monday at the Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, 85 N. Miller Rd., with Dr. Donard M. Engle officiating. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Stewart's Caring Place, a local support organization for patients and families with cancer, 2955 W. Market St., Akron 44333.
