Howard H. Hermann, 90, died March 27, 2013.
A Lifelong member of St. John's Lutheran Church has been called Up to serve in the "Church Triumphant." Howard retired from Ohio Edison in 1987 after 40-years of service.
Howard is preceded in death by father, Charles; mother, Martha; sisters, Gretchen and Olga; and brothers, Karl, Herbert, and Daniel. Howard is survived by Helen, his wife of 64 years; daughter, Laurie (Rick) Eisele; son, Tim (Becky) Hermann; grandchildren, Brian and Jeff Eisele, DeAnn (Jonathan) Meade, Amanda (Shawn) Lorentz, Abigail (Dominic) Boull't and Matilda (Patrick) McKelvey; and nine great-grandchildren.
Friends may call MONDAY from 5-8 p.m. at the Billow FALLS Chapel, 1907 23rd St., where Rev. Richard Gordon will conduct services 11 a.m. TUESDAY. Interment at Chestnut Hill Memorial Park. Memorials of Remembrance may be made to St. John St. Paul Lutheran Church, 282 W. Bowery St., Akron, Ohio 44307.
