Irene Mann

Irene Mann (nee Juhas), passed away March 31, 2015 at the age of 97.

She was born on June 3, 1917 to Julia and John Juhas in Copley, Ohio. She was a devout Christian and a woman of flawless character. Irene moved from the Akron area to Marietta, Georgia where she resided for 38 years before relocating to Cuyahoga Falls. She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Cuyahoga Falls where she was active in the Nova Sunday School Class.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Earl Mann; and siblings, Julia, Margaret, Helen, Joe, Dave, John, Louie, Julius, Bill, Pete and Elmer. She is survived by a large and loving extended family who would like to extend their appreciation to the staff at The Briarwood and Summa Hospice for their care and compassion.

Funeral services will be SATURDAY, April 4th at 2:30 p.m. in the Chapel of the Good Shepherd at the First United Methodist Church of Cuyahoga Falls with Rev. Dr. David A. Baker officiating. Visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment at Greenlawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The First United Methodist Church, 245 Portage Trail, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio 44221. (Billow FALLS Chapel)
