Jacob Malak Bisconti, beloved son of Dr. and Mrs. Nick Bisconti, brother of Justin and Felicia Bisconti, was suddenly called home by the Lord on October 9, 2011. He was the love of our lives and brought joy to all who knew him.
Jacob was born on December 4, 1991 in Akron, OH. He attended St. Hilary School, where he was a proud football player for the St. Hilary Sabers. He was a 2010 graduate of Archbishop Hoban High School, where he was a proud Hoban Knight, playing offensive tackle and special teams for the Hoban football team.
Besides football, Jacob?s other love was rugby. Jacob played for the Copley Rugby Club and also for the Akron Men?s Rugby Club. Known as a hard-playing forward, Jacob won the respect and admiration of all who played with him.
Jacob was extremely kind hearted. He was known for being comical and joyful. He had a wonderful smile and a twinkle in his blue eyes. He brought joy to all who knew him, and times with Jacob were filled with laughter. He was loved deeply by all his friends and family and will be dearly missed. All who knew Jacob count themselves as blessed.
Jacob?s love for life was contagious, and whether he was doing volunteer work or playing sports, he did it with enthusiasm. One of his proudest accomplishments was climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro in Africa with his father, brother, and dear friends, Mark and Vinny Peterson.
Besides his parents and siblings, Jacob is survived by his grandparents, Gerald and JoAnn Malak of Parma, grandmother Violet Bisconti of Lowellville, OH, his aunt Kim and uncle Jim Stein of Akron, aunt Charlotte Bisconti of Lowellville, aunt Evelyn and uncle Frank Pisano of Poland, and aunt Cecilia Bisconti of Boardman. His cousins Olivia, James, Elaina, Patty, Michael, Gina, Bob, Monica, Brian, Alisha, Andy, Betsy, Louie, Anthony, Lori, Eddie, Glenda, Andrea, Lisa and Rob also will dearly miss him. He has countless second and third cousins and an extended family numbering in the hundreds.
His grandfather, Nick Bisconti, Sr., and his uncle, Edward Bisconti, preceded Jacob in death.
Words will never express the pain that we feel with your passing, Jacob. We derive comfort in knowing that you rest in God?s peace.
