Jacob M. Kochis, 21, passed away unexpectedly Nov. 22, 2013.
A lifetime resident of Cuyahoga Falls, he is survived by loving parents, Jim and Patty; brother, Jeremy; grandfather, Michael Kochis; grandmother, Anna Henline; many aunts, uncles, cousins and loving friends and their families.
Services will be held 6 p.m. Friday at the Billow FALLS Chapel, 1907 23rd St. (corner of 23rd St. and Falls Ave.) Friends may call at the funeral home Friday from 3-6 p.m.
