James E. Farmer

James E. Farmer, age 87, of Richfield passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday, November 13, 2013.
Born May 30, 1926 in Bath, he was the son of Garl "Nick and Rosy (Holderfield) Farmer. Mr. Farmer was a veteran of the US Navy having served in World War II and he was a life member of the Am Vets in Richfield.
Survivors include: sons Rod (Cathy) Farmer of Penninsula and Cary Farmer of Cuyahoga Falls; 4 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and sister Dorothy Eakin of Wadsworth.
He was preceded in death by his daughter Gloria "Toot" Farmer in 1951 and six brothers and sisters.
Friends will be received at the Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, 85 N. Miller Rd. on Friday, November 22, 2013 from 5-8p.m. Graveside services will be held on Monday, November 25, 2013 at 11:00am at the Fairview Cemetery in Richfield.
