James Robert 'Rob' Kehres, Iii

James Robert “Rob” Kehres III , of Stow, Ohio, passed into the arms of his loving Lord and Savior, surrounded by family, on September 14, 2023, at the age of 50.
Rob was born in Akron, Ohio, on March 4, 1973, the fourth of six children, to Joy and James “Jim” Kehres. He graduated from Cuyahoga Falls High School in 1991, where he excelled in athletics as a member of the varsity basketball team. After graduation, Rob attended The Ohio State University and The University of Akron, graduating in 1999 with a degree in Marketing. He spent his professional career working as a sales executive in the computer software industry. Rob was an avid fan of Cleveland and Ohio States sports and loved sharing those experiences with his family and friends.
Rob’s proudest achievement in life was his three amazing children. He loved to brag about their accomplishments in the classroom, on the athletic fields, in theater, and in the percussion section of the band. He also loved his many family vacations, especially the times spent on the beach in Hilton Head Island, SC. He was a loving son, father, brother, and friend who will be missed by all who knew him.
Rob is survived by his children, Tatum, Ryder and Mason, and their mother, Nikki. He is also survived by his mother Joy; his five siblings Holly Farah (Ziad), Carey Krocker (David), Aimee Novak (Geoff), Megan Frecka (Jason), and Ryan Kehres (Amanda); his nieces and nephews Sophie (Raleigh), Alex, Carson, Claire, Hayden, Ava, Kate, Taylor, Lauren, Zack, Logan, Mallory and his soon-to-be grandniece; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and life-long friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Jim Kehres.

A memorial service and celebration of Rob’s life will take place at 2:00 PM on Sunday, October 15, 2023 at the Billow Funeral Home Falls Chapel, 1907 23rd St. Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio 44223 with Pastor Steve Likovetz of Falls Creek Community Church officiating.

There will be time to visit with the family immediately following the service until 4:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, the Kehres family has set up an account which will be used for the benefit of Rob’s children. Donations may be made to the Rob Kehres Family Memorial Fund and forwarded to Park National Bank, 3 N. Main Street, Mansfield, Ohio 44902, Attention: Barb Miller.
