Jane D. Palmer died Oct. 28, 2015.
She retired as an Executive Assistant with 35 years of service from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co. She was a member of the Women's Auxiliary of the Salvation Army, the Altar Guild at Church of Our Saviour and a volunteer at Stan Hywet Hall and Gardens and Akron General Medical Center.
Jane was preceded in death by her husband, Roland in 1984.
Services will be held 2 p.m. Monday at the Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, 85 N. Miller Rd., with Rev. Richard Schultz officiating. There are no calling hours. Interment at Arlington Cemetery in Drexel Hill, PA. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Greater Akron, 7996 Darrow Rd., Twinsburg, OH 44087. (Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel)
