Jean Lenore Hulbert, 84, slipped away quietly in the night to be with her husband, William G. Hulbert, after her valiant struggle with Alzheimer's.
Jean was born on October 20, 1927 in Cleveland, Ohio. She worked in a parachute factory during World War II. In 1949 she married William, and for 63 years she was a supportive wife and loving mother. She served on the Women's Board at St. Thomas Hospital and helped establish their Twice as Nice Consignment Shop.
Her love of Golf was shared with family and friends.
Jean was preceded in death by her husband, Bill; son, Michael; and brother, Charles Eberle. She is survived by her son, Bill (Sharon); daughter, Devon; and grandchildren, Michael (Kristin), Scott, and Jennifer (Brent).
Her kind and gentle ways will be missed by all who knew her.
Calling hours will be from 2 to 4 p.m. SATURDAY, March 24 at the Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, 85 N. Miller Rd.
