Jeannine F. Nichols, 78, passed away peacefully February 1, 2011 surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Cuyahoga Falls, she grew up there and lived most of her adult life in Akron. She was known as Sister Suzanne at the Sisters of Charity in Parmadale in Cleveland. She will be remembered as a very loving and caring wife, mom and grandma.
Preceded in death by her husband, Donald and her parents, John and Loyetta, she is survived by children, Julie Mark Kovick , Jeffrey Erika; Theresa Nichols; grandchildren, Ryan Nichols, Nikki Kovick, Addison Nichols; sisters, Josephine Federonich, Mary Fred Schafer, Becky White; brothers-in-law, Bill Schafer, Harry Tighe; close cousin, Virginia Baughman; and many other loving relatives and friends.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11 a.m., Saturday at St. Vincent Catholic Church, 164 W. Market St., Akron, with Fr. Joseph H. Kraker officiating. Interment at Rose Hill Burial Park. Friends may call 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, 85 N. Miller Rd., Akron.
