Jeffrey Suglio, 60, passed away suddenly on April 25, 2021, and immediately entered the presence of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Jeff was born May 7, 1960 in Cleveland, Ohio to Frank and Betty Lou Suglio, who preceded him in death, as did his newborn son, Scott. Jeff leaves behind his wife of 33 years, Michelle, and sons, Sam (Amelia),and Stephen; brother, John (Becky), and sister, Joy; nephews, David, and Danny.
Jeff would want his primary legacy to be that he was a Christ-follower, who realized in his 20’s that, in his words, he “could never be good enough.” Though his friends admired him as “an all-around good guy,” Jeff acknowledged that his good works were worthless before a holy God. He surrendered to the forgiveness and grace of Jesus as his Redeemer, and was baptized. As an active member of Grace Church – Bath Campus, his faith was growing daily.
A “gentle giant,” Jeff embraced life and family. Loved ones expected to be greeted with a big Italian hug and kiss on the cheek. Generous with his smiles, storytelling, humor and finances, Jeff was an encourager and inspiring vision-caster for many in his circles of influence. He was invested in relationships, as is witnessed by regular gatherings with the Delsy Drive Gang from his childhood North Royalton neighborhood. He also met consistently for 20 years with his Crew Bible Study Group and his golfing buddies.
Jeff enjoyed skiing, hiking, cycling and even scuba diving in his younger years. He was a devoted husband, father, brother and son. As an outstanding athlete and former accomplished wrestler, his greatest joy came from cheering on his two sons in wrestling, soccer and golf. His most recent social media post was about his son, Stephen, leading the Revere wrestling team to victory as their assistant wrestling coach. He loved movies and classic rock music; anyone around him for long heard familiar movie lines and song lyrics peppered into everyday conversation.
Jeff graduated from North Royalton High School and Cleveland State University with a degree in electrical engineering. His real enjoyment came from sales, so he started a business as a value-added reseller of a dental practice management software program in 1987, when computers were very new to the dental industry. His older brother, John, was his first client and encouraged him to pursue the business. Humbly and with integrity, Jeff grew the business, DMA Tech Solutions, Inc., into a successful managed service provider of all-things-IT. Michelle has been his faithful business partner since 1989. His son, Sam, joined the business in June 2016 and will be carrying on Jeff’s legacy.

Remembering Jeff…………….from John:
Jeff and I were very close. We were not only bonded brothers, but we shared a deep friendship, as well. We confided in each other, bounced ideas off each other, rode bikes together, golfed, laughed a lot, basically had a great time being with each other.
I was there when he said his first words, I remember them clearly, they were, “OH OH”. He heard my Mom saying that and he repeated it, over and over and over. Even as a child, Jeff was an outstanding athlete. My Dad would cut his hair, and when it would grow out, it would be bushy; my Dad lovingly called him “Burrhead” and it was red. Jeff liked to help my parents in the garden, and he carried those skills out at his own home. As a child, he would build forts, treehouses and campfires, ride bikes, and go fishing with my Dad; he had a happy childhood. My dad taught Jeff and I to golf when we were young, but he had a very good swing for a 7-year-old, it was amazing. He had childhood friends from the neighborhood, and most of them are here today, mourning his loss as Becky and I are. He continued to grow taller, build muscles, was an excellent wrestler, and just an all-around good guy.
Once a neighbor was being rude to my Mom, we were made aware, we both ran out of the house in 2 seconds (that’s when we could run!), upon looking at us, the smart mouth guy disappeared quickly. Jeff was a great son to both my Mom and Dad to the very end of their lives.
He had simple principles that he lived by in this business world that made him the smartest guy in the room, but he never acted as if he was. He was humble. He was very kind and helpful to those who needed his help. He and Michele raised two outstanding sons who Jeff was so proud of.
I’ve been telling everyone what a wonderful brother that I had in Jeff. I wish that I had told Jeff that, but he knew how deeply that I loved him. I will always love my brother, he will always be in my heart forever.
Remembering Jeff……… from Becky:
Jeff has been my brother-in-law for over 18 years. He was always sweet and kind to not only me but to Tricia, Bethany, and Jared and their spouses and children. Jeff was especially sweet to my mother, and she is deeply mourning his loss as well. We were always treated by Jeff and Michele as one family.
Jeff had an awesome sense of humor and was always cracking jokes and making us laugh. Jeff had a love for music, we knew if we bought extra tickets to a concert, he would want to go. He especially loved the ZZ Top concert we all attended together. I admired the closeness between Jeff and John and enjoyed the bantering back and forth between them. We all loved and admired Jeff so much and are going to feel the loss in our family forever.
