Jeffrey Michael Tucker

Jeffrey Michael Tucker, age 64, passed away Friday, September 18, 2015 following a short illness.

He is survived by his brother, John W. Tucker, of Firestone Park, Akron. He was predeceased by grandparents, James W. and Effie Jane Edwards; parents, Jesse F. and Billie Jean Tucker; and sister, Kimberly Lynn Tucker.

He attended Firestone Park Elementary and Roswell Kent Middle School, and graduated from Western Reserve Academy, Hudson in 1969. After that he attended Trinity College in Hartford, CT. He briefly served in the US Army at Ft. Sill, OK and Germany. Before returning to Akron, he lived in several places across the country.

Calling hours will be 10-11 a.m. Tuesday, September 22, 2015 at the Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, 85 Miller Rd. Akron, OH 44333, with funeral services immediately following. Funeral Service will be conducted by Pastor Randall May of Firestone Park United Methodist Church. Internment will be at Greenlawn Memorial Park on Romig Rd. in Akron, with a committal service immediately proceeding that at Ivy Chapel, at the cemetery. (Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel)
