Jerrold O. "Jerry" Bond
Jerrold O. "Jerry" Bond, 62, passed away peacefully at home on June 9, 2009.
Jerry retired from the City of Akron Water Department in 1996. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps during Vietnam and was a member of the Civitan Club.
Preceded in death by his parents, William and Vera, he is ssurvived by his loving wife of 37 years, Sherry; daughters, Jennifer Carey Collier and Julie David Neely; grandchildren, Alexis, Hannah, Victoria, Michael; sisters, Patsy Richard Egbert, Kathy Frank Schulmeister; and many other loving relatives and friends.
Friends may call 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Billow LAKES Chapel, 472 W. Turkeyfoot Lake Rd., Akron. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 525 N. Broad St., Canfield, OH 44406. Billow LAKES Chapel
