Joseph L Andrea

Joseph L. Andrea was born on February 5, 1935 in Akron, OH, to Joseph and Anna Andrea. Joe joyfully joined his dearly departed wife Pat for breakfast at the Lord's table on the morning of December 20, 2015.

Joe lived his life and raised his family in North Hill and Cuyahoga Falls. He is survived by his children, Joseph, Michael (Leslie), Susan (Tom), John (Jean) and Tim; grandchildren, Joey, Josh, Kim, James, Justin, Jerett, Alex, Brenton (Natalie) and Kelsey; and great-grand daughter, Emelia. In addition, Joe leaves his brothers, Bob (Donna Jean), Bill (Mary), Dave (Carol), Ed (Kathy), and Jerry (Monique); and their children and grandchildren.

Joe proudly served his country in the US Army, then returned home to Akron and served his community as an insurance agent and a youth baseball coach.
Their family and friends will continue the Tuesday and Saturday morning breakfasts, movie nights and Thursday evening dinners with the brothers, sharing memories and stories of Joe and Pat among them.

Joe's family will receive guests SATURDAY from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Billow FALLS Chapel, 1907 23rd St. (corner of 23rd St. and Falls Ave.) A mass celebrating Joe's life will be celebrated SATURDAY at 1:30 p.m. at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 1905 Portage Trail, Cuyahoga Falls with Father James Singler presiding. In lieu of flowers, his surviving children request that those wishing to honor Joe (and Pat) do so with memorial contributions to Blast Glioblastoma or Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish, Cuyahoga Falls, OH.
