Joseph A. Jeromin, 86, passed away Sept. 3, 2012.
Born in Akron on Nov. 27, 1925, Joe spent most of his adult life in Randolph, Ohio. After fighting World War II aboard the destroyer USS Kimberly in the South Pacific, Joe returned home, where he met and married the love of his life, Vivian Laughery. They started the Country Cousin Cheese Company, which they continued to operate for 50 plus years.
He was preceded in passing by parents, Catherine and Anthony; and brother, John. Joe is survived by his wife of 63 years, Vivian; sons, Michael (Alice) and Gerald (Jennifer); as well as grandchildren, Michael and Jacqueline.
No public services. Joseph will be laid to rest with military honors in Randolph, Ohio.
