Kaitlin Alise Willett

On August 27, 2021 our precious Katie Bird, age 36, went home to be with the Lord and loved ones. After a year long struggle with autoimmune health issues, she is now at peace and pain free.

A 2004 graduate of Woodridge High School, Katie earned her associate degree as a Veterinary Assistant.

She is survived by her parents, David and Kathleen Willett; sons, William, Max and Johnathan Rhine; fiancé, Tony Milini: sister, Alyssa (Kyle) Rose; nephews, Roman and Sawyer Rose; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

And He will raise you up on eagle’s wings; and hold you in the palm of His hands.

A private family memorial service will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to your local Humane Society or the Sea Otter Foundation and Trust.
