Katherine Lucille Clowers, 92, died October 23, 2009.
Born in Alton, Ill., she was a longtime resident of Cuyahoga Falls. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Cuyahoga Falls and it's XYZ fellowship, AARP, Cuyahoga Falls Travel Club and the Alumni Association of St. John's in Springfield, Ill. She retired as a registered nurse from Cuyahoga Falls General Hospital in 1982.
Preceded in death by husband, Harry W. Clowers in 1962 and brothers, Owen and Robert Middlecoff, she is survived by nephew, Allen Middlecoff.
There are no local services. Burial will take place in Valhalla Memorial Park, Godfrey, Ill. Memorials may be made to the Gifts and Memorials Fund at the First United Methodist Church, 245 Portage Trail, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221.
