Kathryn A. Dettke (Kraemer), 78, passed away on Friday, August 1, 2014.

She was born December 27, 1935 in Frankfurt, Kansas and graduated from Marysville High School in Marysville, KS. Kathy retired in 1998 after working many years as a secretary. She was a devoted member of Fairlawn Lutheran Church, a volunteer in the church office and participated in many other church groups over the years. She enjoyed socializing with friends, spending time with family, and had fond memories of years spent in Dallas, TX and St. Charles, IL.
Preceded in death by her parents, Dr. Jack and Bernice Kraemer; spouse, Dale H. Dettke and brother, Kenneth Kraemer. She is survived by sister, Donna (James) Stehley; daughters, Sheryl (James) Pflueger and Diana Pullella; grandchildren, Katherine (Brian) Rizzo, Kara (Simeon) Jones and Ryan Pullella and great granddaughter, Eden Jones, all of Akron.
A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Fairlawn Lutheran Church, 3415 W. Market St., Fairlawn with Rev. James Gau officiating. Private inurnment at Rose Hill Burial Park. Friends may call 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, 85 N. Miller Rd. Memorial contributions may be made to Fairlawn Lutheran Church, 3415 W.
