Lawrence Anderson, 88, died May 11, 2012.
Born in Akron, he was a life resident of the area. A U.S. Army veteran of World War II, he was a retired teacher from the Stow City Schools.
Preceded in death February 20th by Ruth Marie, his wife of 63 years; he is survived by his daughter, Madalyn Overton (David); son, James E. Anderson (Nuet); grandsons, Matthew J. (Amanda) and Jeffrey N. (Kady Skowron) Overton; brother, Ellis "Ed" Anderson (Bonnie).
Service will be held Noon WEDNESDAY at the Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, 85 N. Miller Rd., with Kevin O'Brien officiating. Interment at Marlboro Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 10 a.m. to Noon Wednesday. (Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel)
